This update is going to be short and sweet because it’s been such a hectic week and I’m exhausted (and so ready for it to be the weekend already!)
At my last meeting, I didn’t know what to expect. I was so delighted then to find out that I’d lost a pound! I know that’s not much but it all counts. Plus when you’re only hoping to just maintain your weight, it’s great to have a loss on the scales. I’m a month in to the plan now and I’ve lost a total of ten and a half pounds. To be perfectly honest, I don’t think I look much different…I only feel the slightest difference in what I wear but I guess my current wardrobe consists of a lot of stretchy clothes so that could be it!
What’s really motivating me at the moment is the thought that I’m just three and a half pounds away from being a whole stone lighter than I was in the beginning. That’s what has kept me going these last few days when I’ve been pretty busy both at work and home. For my next meeting, I’m aiming for a two pound loss — wish me luck!
