The 3-Day Diet: Day 3

Today was hard. I felt hungry most of the day and I started feeling light-headed late in the afternoon. I’m going to bed early because I’m exhausted. I can’t wait to start eating sensibly from tomorrow!

Breakfast

What it says to have:

Black coffee or tea or water / 5 Saltine crackers / 1 ounce of Cheddar cheese / 1 apple

What I actually have: 

5 Saltines, 1 ounce of cheddar and — because I don’t have any apples — half a cup of watermelon. I drink water because I just can’t have any more black coffee!

Thoughts:

I can’t wait to have a proper breakfast tomorrow!

Lunch

What it says to have:

Black tea or coffee or water / 1 hard-boiled egg / 1 slice of toast

What I actually have: 

1 hard-boiled egg and 1 toasted pitta because I forgot to get regular bread!

Thoughts:

I better have lost something when I weigh in tomorrow morning!

Dinner

What it says to have:

Black tea or coffee or water / 1 cup of tuna / 1 cup of carrots / 1 cup of cauliflower / 1 cup of melon / Half a cup of vanilla ice-cream

What I actually have: 

Tuna and cauliflower are literally two of my least favourite foods ever. I have a few slices of turkey instead and the leftovers of the carrot and orange salad from yesterday. I snack on the melon in the afternoon and have the ice-cream in the evening.

Thoughts: 

Please let this be worth it…!
