Michael Kors Rose Radiant Gold

When I’m getting ready in the morning, I never consider myself fully dressed until I’m wearing perfume. I would usually have a few to choose from but my supply has recently been looking next to depleted as it’d been a while since I had added to my collection! After a long and busy week, I decided to treat myself one Friday evening and so I headed to the nearest fragrance counter for a little browse.

The latest from Michael Kors instantly stood out for me. It’s the Gold Fragrance Collection comprising 24k Brilliant Gold, White Luminous Gold and Rose Radiant Gold. Last month, I came across a review of them on London Beauty Queen’s blog and I think they’ve been in the back of my mind ever since!

I’m always drawn to pretty-looking fragrances and this one definitely has my approval. Sleek and shiny, the metallic bottles have a luxurious and exclusive feel to them.

In-store, I sampled all three scents, had a little think about it and eventually opted for Rose Radiant Gold. For me; it’s a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. It’s feminine without being overly floral and warm without being overpowering.

It’s relatively long-lasting too. After spraying it on in the morning, I still get hints of a scent by evening time. It does grow subtle throughout the day though so if you like a very obvious scent, you would have to top it up.

Prices generally seem to be €55 for a 30ml bottle and €79 for the 50ml. I opted for the smaller size as I feel like at this time of year, lots of interesting new perfumes come out and I might want to pick up a couple more to keep my collection varied! For now though, I’ll happily wear Radiant Rose Gold as it really is a gorgeous scent. Have you tried any in this collection yet?
