Hard to believe but it’s been almost three months since we got engaged. It was the definite highlight of our summer and we’ve kind of been celebrating ever since! Legit excuse for extra cake, champagne and meals out, I think ;-).
As every bride-to-be knows; this is such a fun time! Although Lorcan and I have always talked about our future together, now it seems even more real and exciting! We don’t intend on having the big day for at least a couple of years so we’ll have lots of time to plan everything, save up and just enjoy being engaged!
We’re open to exploring all our options and so at the end of this month, we’ll be attending the 2015 autumn Wedding Journal Show. The show will be held in Dublin’s Citywest Complex on September 26th and 27th, offering brides and grooms plenty of expert advice and endless ideas.
With a bridal catwalk show, honeymoon theatre and vintage wedding area; you’ll find inspiration in every corner! Be prepared to browse in bridal heaven as over 300 exhibitors will be on-site — this includes cake designers, florists, stationery suppliers, hairdressers, make-up artists and more. Not only that, you can enter a competition on the day to win a luxury wedding worth an incredible €25,000!
So gorgeous gowns, beautiful displays, free cake samples, beauty tips and a chance to win a dream wedding sounds pretty amazing, right?! I honestly can’t wait! If you’re interested in attending too, just read on…
I have five pairs of tickets to give away to five lucky readers. To enter, simply leave a comment below! Competition closes Thursday September 17th and winners will then be contacted within forty-eight hours. Good luck!
