Terry’s Chocolate Orange is a classic Christmas treat and I was determined to incorporate it in to some sort of dessert this season! L is a huge fan of profiteroles and the idea of fresh choux pastry filled with whipped cream and topped with melted orange-flavoured chocolate sounded pretty good to me.
I found one segment of the Chocolate Orange per profiterole was just about right. Melt the chocolate gently in a bowl over simmering water and spoon it over the cooled and filled individual pastries. Simple, delicious and so perfectly festive!
