Rimmel Mix & Match

xmas-shop

Boot’s are doing 3 for 2 on Rimmel at the moment and I just couldn’t resist picking up a few bits from one of my favourite make-up brands!

rimmel-ethereal

60 Seconds: Ethereal

This is genuinely one of my all-time favourite nail polishes. The colour is the prettiest and more delicate shade of pink. It just has a lovely classic and feminine feel to it. The brush makes it easy to apply and it wears well. This is actually the second time I’ve purchased this particular polish (and I never repurchase nail colours because I love to try lots of different ones!) so this is a definite all-round winner for me.

Stay Matte Pressed Powder

I don’t generally wear much make-up during the day but for a special occasion or if I’m going out for the night; I always like to make more of an effort. I’m a big fan of this pressed powder. It’s one of the last things I apply as it’s great for setting your foundation and it just adds a really nice finishing touch.

rimmel-concealer

Wake Me Up Concealer

There are so many different concealers out there but I always prefer to have one like this with a wand. I’ll be honest: I haven’t used much of this yet and I’m on the fence so far. It doesn’t seem to do a great job of covering up blemishes and I can’t say I’ve noticed a massive difference with the awful dark circles I unfortunately have under my eyes. Like I said though, I haven’t used a whole lot of this so maybe I won’t write it off just yet!
