This is my fifth (and final, I promise!) post on Barcelona. Really I don’t have much more to tell about our trip; I can only say again what a fantastic time we had.
We were incredibly lucky that everything went so smoothly; there were no delays with our flights, no problems with the hotel and no drama during the four days. I have to admit I was terrified that we were going to be pickpocketed because literally everyone was warning us about it before we left! While we were over there, we always tried to be conscious of our surroundings and thankfully, nothing happened.
Instead, we were able to have a really great holiday. We got to explore this beautiful city and take in all its charm. We really enjoyed being out in the Spanish sun, strolling down the different streets, visiting the various sites, trying the local food and taking way too many photos!
churros + coffee = perfect breakfast!
traditional tapas & paella
dangerously delicious milk caramel waffle
cooling down with crema catalana flavoured gelato
sun starting to set at Plaça de Catalunya on our last evening…perfect end to a perfect trip!
